Will J. Reeves is the founder of “The Legal Discussion for Non-Custodial Parents.” His reasoning behind creating such a forum, comes from his own first-hand experience with being a non-custodial parent. However, due to his tenacity and diligence, he was granted full custody of his daughter in 2017. His journey has not been an easy one, therefore he decided to reach out to others in his community, who seem to be going through hell and high water, just to obtain visitation rights with their children. For many parents who have the desire to gain Temporary or full custody of their children, especially those who have had brushes with the law, this possibility seems extremely remote.
